CLEAR PAYMENT INFORMATION
Eagle Lake Dental Financing Made Easier
Eagle Lake dental financing should feel straightforward, respectful, and connected to the care you are considering. At Eagle Lake Family Dentistry, our team explains payment expectations, helps with insurance paperwork, and shares available options before treatment begins.
All payments and co-payments are due on the day of service unless prior arrangements have been made. Therefore, we encourage you to ask questions as soon as a treatment plan is discussed. A clear estimate can help you understand the expected patient portion, consider available benefits, and decide whether paying in full or applying for outside financing better fits your needs.
Because every insurance plan and household budget is different, there is no single payment approach that works for everyone. However, our goal is the same for every patient: provide accurate practice information, avoid surprises whenever possible, and give you time to review your choices.

PRACTICAL WAYS TO PLAN
Payment Support Before Treatment Begins
Insurance assistance, a courtesy discount, and clear payment timing can help you prepare for the portion of care that is your responsibility.
INSURANCE ASSISTANCE
Help With Benefit Forms
Our office will submit insurance forms on your behalf and provide the information your benefit provider requests. In addition, our team can help you understand the estimate available to us when care is planned.
Insurance benefits are determined by your plan, and any amount not covered remains your responsibility. As a result, contacting your insurer directly is the best way to confirm deductibles, annual maximums, waiting periods, and coverage limitations.
PAY IN FULL
5% Courtesy Discount
A 5% courtesy discount is available when the patient balance is paid in full by cash, credit card, or check on the day of service. This option may be helpful when you prefer to settle the expected balance without a separate financing account.
Before your appointment, ask our team to confirm the amount due and whether the courtesy discount applies to your planned services. Then, you can choose the payment method that is most convenient.
KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT
Clear Payment Timing
Payments and co-payments are due on the day services are provided unless an arrangement has been approved in advance. For that reason, discussing financial questions before the appointment gives everyone more time to prepare.
If your treatment plan changes, the estimated patient portion may also change. Above all, please contact our office whenever something on the estimate is unclear.
THIRD-PARTY FINANCING
Explore Flexible Financing Providers
Patients who prefer monthly payments may apply directly with CareCredit or LendingClub. Approval, rates, fees, promotional terms, and repayment requirements are established by each provider.
HEALTHCARE CREDIT CARD
CareCredit
CareCredit is a healthcare credit card that may be used for eligible dental and other healthcare expenses. Depending on the purchase and current offer, promotional financing options may be available to approved applicants.
Before applying, review the promotional period, required minimum payments, standard purchase APR, and what happens if the promotional balance is not paid within the stated time. Therefore, the provider’s current disclosures should guide your decision.
PERSONAL LOAN OPTIONS
LendingClub
LendingClub provides personal loan options that approved borrowers may use for eligible expenses. Available rates and loan terms depend on the applicant’s credit profile and the provider’s current underwriting requirements.
Compare the APR, origination or other fees, monthly payment, loan length, and total repayment amount before accepting an offer. In addition, confirm when funds would be available relative to your planned treatment date.
COMPARE WITH CONFIDENCE
Look Beyond the Monthly Payment
A monthly amount can be useful for budgeting, but it does not show the complete cost of financing. Before you accept an offer, compare the treatment estimate, anticipated insurance benefits, any amount paid directly to the practice, and the full cost of the provider’s agreement.
For example, a longer repayment period may lower the monthly payment while increasing the amount paid over time. Likewise, a promotional offer may have important deadlines or conditions. As a result, reading the provider’s current disclosure is an essential part of choosing responsibly.
Eagle Lake Family Dentistry does not make third-party approval decisions or establish provider rates and terms. However, our team can explain the practice estimate and answer questions about when payment is expected. You can also review our new patient information before your first visit.
BEFORE YOU APPLY
Review the Details That Matter
